Welcome to Teddy Bears Ranch & Ghost Town, a unique vacation rental in Big Bear, California, United States. Our property offers an entire private space (not shared) with a range of exciting amenities. Enjoy the charm of an Old West-style Ranch and explore our miniature Ghost Town. Have a blast in our Game Barn with carnival games, try your luck at Panning For "Gold," or relax in our Tipi. Unleash your inner adventurer with Arrowhead Hunting, enjoy the Log Teeter Totter and a Huge Rocking Horse, or challenge yourself to a round of 9-hole Mini Golf. Inside, you'll find a Game Table with 50+ board games for endless entertainment. We're conveniently located near the lake, restaurants, ski resorts, and shops. The property features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (including one with a bathtub), and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. Bring your furry friends along, as dogs are encouraged. Additionally, we offer air hockey, foosball, arcade games, and ping pong for even more fun. Free EV charging is available for your convenience.
Welcome to our vacation rental! We offer a Rustic Log Cabin with ample space for your comfort. The interior of the cabin spans approximately 1,400 square feet, while the Game Barn covers 550 square feet. Our property boasts a large lot of around 30,000 square feet, allowing plenty of room for kids and dogs to play. The bedrooms are cozy, with a Master Suite located on the 2nd floor and two additional bedrooms downstairs. Each of the three bedrooms features a Queen Bed, and there's a Double Bed on the 2nd floor Mezzanine (please note that this is not a bedroom). The Floor Mattresses mentioned in the bedrooms are Cots, which are more suitable for small children as they may not provide the same level of comfort as standard beds. The Living Room offers three couches, providing ample seating for relaxation. The kitchen is conveniently connected to the dining room, creating an open space for easy interaction with family and friends while cooking. The dining room seamlessly flows into the living room, ensuring a connected atmosphere. In addition to the Living Room seating for 8, guests can also gather around the dining room table (seating 8) or escape to Alfie's Game Barn. Take advantage of our front porch furnished with a porch swing, rocking chairs, and other seating options. The back deck is equipped with a gas barbecue grill, a table for meals, and patio furniture. Entertainment options include YouTube TV (accessible via our ROKU Ultra) and TVs with ROKU Ultra in each of the 3 bedrooms. For dog owners, we have a dedicated dog kennel area in the backyard, and the entire property is fenced, allowing medium to large dogs to play freely. Enjoy quality time with your family in Alfie's Game Barn, where you'll find Foosball, Ping Pong, Darts, Putt Putt Golf, and various other family and carnival games. Explore Pierre's Bird Sanctuary, Tiger Lily's Tipi & Arrowhead Hunting Experience, and Lil'Belleville Ghost Town for unique experiences. Don't miss our nightly Solar Light Show, and if you feel chilly, you can build a fire in our indoor fireplace (wood not provided). Capture memorable moments with numerous photo opportunities available, and have fun with Tetherball and our tree swing.
Please note that the Primary Guest must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the property for the entire reservation period. Our Guest Age Ratio requires at least one guest over the age of 25 for every three guests under the age of 21. All guests over the age of 25 must be present throughout the reservation. We do not allow camping, school groups, or other organization groups unless they meet our occupancy requirements. Please be aware that there are security cameras on the outside of the buildings. If you have any exceptions or inquiries, please contact the host.

Please be aware that certain amenities such as Panning For Gold, The TeePee Experience, Mini Golf Course, Horse Shoes, Straw Maze, and Arrowhead Hunting may not be available during snowy or extreme freeze conditions. Please check with the host for more details.
For guest access, you can reach us 24/7 with any concerns. We strive to ensure everything is perfect for your visit. Guests have access to the entire log cabin, with the exception of one utility closet, a few locked cabinets, and the upstairs portion of the detached Game Barn. Security cameras are installed outside the buildings for added safety.
In terms of other important details, please note that we provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels per reservation. If you require additional supplies, please bring them with you. The hosts are not responsible for the availability of local businesses and activities during your stay. Please check for any special events that may impact your visit, such as Fourth of July fireworks, bike races, or unexpected snow days that may affect road conditions. There are three roads leading up to Big Bear, so please check all routes. We now offer a late campus check-out option, allowing you to exit the cabin by 11 AM but continue to enjoy the premises until 1 PM. Maintenance crews, owners, or additional parties/groups/individuals may also enter the campus between 11 AM and 1 PM without notice. Please note that late campus check-out may not guarantee exclusive use of the facilities, and you may need to share.
